Specialist provision, tailored to your school

Fully DBS-checked, experienced and passionate educators. Long-term, relationship-led placements.

Provision adapts to your school’s resources, existing setup, staffing structure and long-term goals. Some schools need a specialist in front of every class from September. Others need one afternoon a week, a choir and a plan. Each of the eight areas below has its own page.

Music Curriculum Provision

Weekly, timetabled music for every class — planned, taught and assessed by a specialist.

Singing &
Choirs

Vocal development for every child, and choirs that become part of your school’s identity.

Instrumental & Music Technology

Turning a cupboard of instruments — or a set of iPads — into a working ensemble.

Performance & Productions

School productions, concerts and showcases — directed to a standard children remember.

Dance &
Drama

Creative arts specialists — music is our core, but rarely our limit.

Curriculum Development

Schemes of work, progression and assessment — written for your school, not downloaded.

Arts Strategy Support

High expectations for your students — and a plan to back them up.

Long‑Term Specialist Provision

A named specialist, in your school, for the long term — not a rota of unfamiliar faces.

How we work

Four things that stay the same, whichever provision you choose

We visit before we quote

Timetable, hall, instrument cupboard, and a conversation with whoever currently carries music. Recommendations come after that, not before.

One named specialist

The same person each week, matched to your phase and ethos, and mentored throughout the placement by Nikki.

Everything is left behind

Planning, resources, recordings and assessment stay with the school. Provision that collapses when we leave has not worked.

Progress is the measure

Not how many children took part, but whether they can sing, play, read and compose better than they could in September.

We do not operate as a short-term cover agency. Our goal is not simply to fill gaps, but to help establish lasting, high-quality music provision within schools.
